Order Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel an order the same day it is placed, please contact Customer Service during normal business hours 8:30am-4pm EST at 1-877-618-4695
  • Cancellation of shipped orders will incur a 25% restocking charge for unopened merchandise, returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment.
  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

NOTE: Refunds for dollar amounts over $50.00 USD will be issued, but for orders totaling under $50.00 USD, a store coupon will be issued.

Damages:

Allvinylfabrics.com Inc. makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Allvinylfabrics.com Inc. within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box as received. We will replace any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Returns:

Please, call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.

  • Merchandise must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit, which means un-opened and undamaged.
  • Only full rolls qualify for credit, cut yardage will not be accepted.
  • All fabric must be rolled, not folded.
  • A credit less 25% restocking charge will be issued for unopened, uncut merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment.
  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • Product returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • You as the customer are responsible for all shipping fees on returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete ship to address.
Defective Merchandise:

The defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hrs. to Allvinylfabrics.com Inc. Upon notification, we will issue a UPS call tag for the defective merchandise. A 15% – 25% order cancellation fee applies to canceled orders of defective product(s).

Backorders:

Typically, every item we sell is stocked.

  • Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we sell, occasionally we may run out of certain products.
  • In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.
  • Additional shipping charges could be incurred for these partial shipments.
Refunds:
  • All authorized refunds or exceptions made to the above policies will be credited to the billing card used at the time of ordering, only if the credit amount is over $50.00 USD.
  • All authorized refunds that are under $50.00 USD will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon, to be used within one year of the store credit issue date.
